Instructions for Filling Out the Scheduled Production Order Form

This form should only be used for orders that will be produced upon request and are subject to minimum manufacturing requirements. Please note the following:

• Complete all customer information fields: Name, Country, Email, and Phone Number.
• Add the product references you wish to schedule, including code, color, and quantities per size.
• Each selected size must have a minimum of 5 units, and quantities must be in multiples of 5 (e.g., 5, 10, 15).
• Each reference must total at least 30 units across all sizes.
• If any reference does not meet these requirements, the form will not allow submission.

Once completed, click “Send Scheduled Order.” Your sales advisor will contact you to confirm the details and provide the final version of the order.

Estimated production time: approximately 30 calendar days.

This form is ideal for private label orders, exclusive collections, or projects with flexible delivery timelines.
